Painting Life into the Forest
The exhibition hall is designed to combine visual, olfactory, auditory, and tactile sensory experiences, incorporating Yilan’s unique scenic spots, such as Taiping Mountain and Longtan Catfish Conservation, to immerse parents and children in a surprising and joyful interactive experience. Wall interaction: Parents and children can create their own doodles of the unique wild animals in Yilan’s Taiping Mountain. The scanned artwork will be immediately displayed on the interactive projection wall. Touch the screen and different animals will make sounds before running away, which makes the 2D painting come to life. The doodle compositions can also be taken home as souvenirs by scanning the QR code. Ground interaction: The ground projection is a digital interactive stream based on the Longtan Onychostoma barbatulum Conservation in Jiaoxi, Yilan. Flocks of fish swim freely and leisurely. When the ground is gently stepped on, the projected fish will gather and ripples will appear on the water surface, making it seem as if you are in a natural stream, thereby promoting the concept of ecological fish conservation.
