Corazones Compañía Folklórica

Founded in Mexico City in 2004, Corazones Compañía Folklórica was established to encourage children to engage with Mexican dance through a blend of tradition and modernity. The company consists of members aged 5 to 25 and is divided into two groups—children’s section (ages 5-12) and youth section (ages 13-25). In addition to performing at various events throughout Mexico, the company has participated in international folk arts festivals in countries including France, Chile, and Türkiye. This year marks its second appearance at the YICFFF, where it will present music and dances from the Mexican states of Hidalgo, Jalisco, and Nayarit.
