Admission Regulations

1. Tickets sold at the event venue can only be used on that particular day and will become invalid if not used on the designated date.
2. Ticket for Child: This type of ticket is for children aged between 6 and 12 (born between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2018) or children with a height of 115-150 cm. The staff will check the child's height as the preliminary standard at the ticket office, and then check the child's age if necessary. Children whose height exceeds 150 cm but are under the age of 12 must present relevant proof when purchasing tickets, such as NHI card or household certificate.
3. For groups purchasing Discount Tickets, please call to make a reservation 3 days before entering the park or take the same transportation to enter the park. Those who wish to purchase more than 20 Individual Tickets can purchase Discount Tickets at the ticket office if all members are entering the park at the same time (the number 20 may include children, who shall buy Tickets for Children for entrance; please note that further discounts do not apply to Tickets for Children). When purchasing tickets, please present a document of proof (such as a member list or travel insurance policy for the group). Please assign the group leader to handle ticket purchase procedures.
4. Groups with 20 members or above may purchase Discount Tickets. Children can also be counted in as group members, but further discounts do not apply to Tickets for Children.
5. Eligibility for Free Admission: (Only available with document of proof, those who cannot present valid documents must still purchase tickets for admission.)

1. Those whose height is less than 115 cm or under 6 years old (born on or after July 1, 2018); if the child is taller than 115 cm but under 6 years old, they must present relevant proof for free admission. Without valid documents, those taller than 115 cm must purchase tickets in accordance with the regulations;
2. Seniors over 65 years old (born on or before December 31, 1959) can enter the venue for free with their National ID Card;
3. Those who hold an honorary volunteer certificate issued by the Social Affairs Department of Yilan County Government (exclusive to the certificate holder ONLY);
4. Those who hold a tour guide certificate issued by the Tourism Administration, MOTC (exclusive to the certificate holder ONLY).

6. Ticket Purchase for the Disabled:

1. People with disability who hold a disability certificate issued by a competent authority of the government can enter the park with free admission. Valid documents include the old "Disability Card" (in light cyan color) or the new "Identification of the Disabled" (in pink color);
2. One necessary companion of the disabled can enter the park free of charge (limited to the same companion on that particular day).

7. If you wish to use a Weekday Ticket over the weekend, you must pay the price difference regardless of ticket type. However, those who use a Weekend Ticket on a weekday will not receive a refund for the price difference. Other ticket types are not interchangeable even if you pay the price difference. Please purchase applicable tickets for admission.
8. Further discounts do not apply to Group Tickets and Discount Tickets purchased on site.
9. Festival Passport (multiple-entry pass)

1. The Festival Passport is exclusive to its holder ONLY; during the event period, Festival Passport holders can enjoy unlimited entries into the park;
2. Please present a recent personal photo (taken within three months, e-copy) for processing;
3. General Festival Passport is for the general public.

• Yilan County Festival Passport is for individuals whose household registration is currently in Yilan County or whose National ID No. starts with G.
• Non-Yilan-County Student Festival Passport is for elementary or junior high school students whose household registration is NOT in Yilan County (born between the dates of September 1, 2009 and June 30, 2018).
• Yilan County Student Festival Passport is for elementary or junior high school students whose household registration is currently in Yilan County or whose National ID No. starts with G (born between the dates of September 1, 2009 and June 30, 2018) To purchase this type of Festival Passport, you must present the household certificate or the proof of student status.
• Please present the electronic QR code on your device for the staff to scan and verify it at the entrance. You can also print out the hard copy.
• Each QR code (electronic ticket) can ONLY be used by the passport holder themself. The photo submitted during application will be displayed on the machine at ticket office for verification purposes. Please do not use the passport of someone else.

10. The tickets serve as the official receipt, verified by the Finance and Taxation Bureau of Yilan County Government. Please keep the tickets carefully as they will NOT be reissued if lost. No uniform invoice will be issued for ticket purchase. For groups or individuals who need documents of proof, please inform the ticket office staff to issue a proof of purchase. Requests for proof of purchase can only be made on the spot, and cannot be reissued afterwards.
11. Please enter the park with your ticket (one ticket per person). If you wish to leave the park and re-enter on the same day, please go to the exit to have your arm stamped. Ticket which have expired or been used, reprinted, photocopied, altered, or defaced will be deemed invalid. Tickets without the seal of the Finance and Taxation Bureau (Luodong Branch) of Yilan County Government and the dedicated seal of Yilan County Government are also invalid.
12. Detailed regulations shall be subject to the announcement at the event venue, and the organizer reserves the right to amend regulations if deemed necessary.
