Folklore Dance Group Bobocii Mărțișorului

Folklore Dance Group Bobocii Mărțișorului, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, was founded in 2020 as the youth division of the region’s most renowned cultural institution, the Mărțișorul Ensemble. The troupe is dedicated to promoting Romanian traditional culture among younger generations and has more than 100 members ranging in age from 5 to 15. In addition to performing at various events throughout Romania, the troupe has also participated in International Youth Folklore Festival Primorsko (in Bulgaria). Its program at the 2026 YICFFF will feature not only traditional Romanian dances but also musical performances and folk songs.
